Below are the steps performed during the Project Creation Phase:

  1. After the ITC approval of the idea to become a project, the Business Analysis team approves the idea within ServiceNow and creates a new project in ServiceNow.
  2. The Manager of the Office of Service Strategy reviews all new projects with unassigned project managers and assigns a PM.
  3. Assigned PM will work with all key project roles to begin the Project Management process Initiation Phase.
